Dr. Pamela Johnson is an expert in critical care counseling and organizational learning and development. She is licensed and skilled with more than twenty years of experience as a practitioner, educator, trainer, and consultant. As a private practitioner, Dr. Johnson has successfully facilitated individual and organizational consulting, counseling and coaching. As an educator, she is a university professor teaching master's-level courses in counseling, career guidance, leadership, and human behavior and development. As a trainer and consultant, Dr. Johnson has worked with private and public organizational executives, leadership candidates, and staff on organization wide coaching and career process development, multicultural initiatives and leadership succession plan development. Dr. Johnson is the author of the newly published "Everyone is Multicultural: Bridging Cultural Influences for Leadership Success". Dr. Johnson has also developed the Corporate Cultural Continuum Theory and Corporate Kaleidoscope, both components of a multicultural leadership development process. She is an international speaker and trainer. Dr. Johnson presented at the International Association of Career Firms Conference in Prague, Czech Republic. She believes that while the organization has a responsibility to develop and implement leadership and coaching initiatives, responsibility also lies within each and every person. Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, a Master of Arts degree in human behavior and business, a Master of Science degree in counseling and guidance, and a Doctorate Degree of Education, majoring in counseling and guidance with an emphasis in business management. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the State of Texas, and a National Certified Counselor(NCC), a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) and a Certified Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute. |
