RETURNS & REFUNDS
The majority of our parts and accessories are returnable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept any return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom items are NON-RETURNABLE. Custom items include, but are not limited to: Powder coated parts, Custom built items, etc.
NCD is NOT responsible for cancelling orders that have been processed/shipped or processed/pending shipment. We will do our best to assist if you want to cancel your order, however, if the part has already been shipped or is in the process of shipment we can not cancel it and you will be held responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fee (up to 20%).
To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an Return Authorization number and Return Authorization form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be held at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are returning an item due to an error caused by NCD or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
NCD accepts cores that are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any core that is returned after 30 days will be refunded at the discretion of NCD.
NCD does NOT accept cores that are not in rebuild-able condition, we reserve the right to determine the condition of the core upon arrival. If your core return contains any fluids, please drain all fluids before sending the core back. NCD will not provide full credit for any cores that are damaged/disassembled/missing components.
In order to send a core back, you must first contact us in order to receive an RMA number. Please do NOT send any core return back without first obtaining instructions for return. The RMA form can be downloaded using the link on our website. NCD is NOT responsible for core returns that are sent back without an RMA form or RMA number.
