SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders received by 2PM local EST typically are processed the same day received on any "in-stock" items. Orders placed and received after 2PM EST will be processed the next business day, and "in-stock" items will be shipped the next business day. Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for any powder coated parts. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping options. Typical shipping times range from 1-5 days and may vary during the holiday season. For UPS shipments you can track the progress of the order using their order tracking number available on your order. Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company cannot deliver the package we will contact you via phone or e-mail.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

North Coast Diesel offers our customers the option of selecting ground, 2-day, or next day air, through either United Parcel Service (UPS), or The United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipments in the continental U.S. *For USPS shipments please contact us at 410-354-0340. 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.?

We do, but please contact us via phone at 860-807-6007 to place order if you desire shipping outside the Continental USA.
